The Software Professional Center LLC is a Utah based company specializing in construction software for job cost accounting, custom manufacturing, and project management. Our professionals have many years of experience implementing systems for construction companies and the related industries in Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho. We have selected Sage Software as the construction solution supplier we believe can best satisfy the needs of contractors today, while providing future growth paths to insure the investment of our clients. We support over 800 construction companies with their construction management systems. We have offices in Utah, Colorado, and Arizona.

Our employees have been pioneers in the world of construction software. Our staff experience includes over 6 years of estimating and project management, 40 years of construction accounting, and deep technical understandings of operating systems and server environments. Beginning in 1995, a major shift transpired in software as companies were forced to either rewrite software to accommodate Microsoft Windows and Year 2000 compliance. Most small companies were either acquired, went out of business, or were forced to maintain their software with older software technologies. We have selected Sage Software as our provider of construction software because of their focus on construction and their broad product lines extend into CRM, Construction, Manufacturing, Payroll and many other disciplines.

Sage Software, the owner of Timberline, Contractor Anywhere, Act, FAS Depreciation, Abra HR Management, and many other software products, took advantage of the industry transition and in June 2006 acquired Master Builder, from Intuit Software. Sage Timberline Office and Sage Master Builder are now located in Beaverton, Oregon. Sage employs over 10,000 employees and supports of 4.7 Million companies worldwide. The Software Professional Center LLC was created to become an Authorized Partner selling and implementing Sage Master Builder software. We originally served the states of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. At the time of the Sage Acquisition we acquired the Sage Master Builder distribution rights and customer base from Goldenwest Technologies of Scottsdale Arizona. This expanded our Master Builder coverage through Arizona and New Mexico. We then also became an authorized provider of software and services for Sage Timberline, now offering solutions that offer a "Customer for Life" strategy. We believe Sage has the financial staying power and market presence to continue to dominate the construction managements market for years to come.

Sage Master Builder is a completely integrated end to end construction management system. It is designed for companies that need more than just accounting. Information entered into Estimating creates budgets in Job Costing, Estimates create purchase orders and subcontracts directly. This allows you to track estimates, committed costs and actual costs. When the subcontract invoice is entered, expired dates are validated, Workers Compensation, General Liability Insurance, etc. Actual Job Costs flow through to Progress Billing or Loan Draws to create an easy to manage cash flow system. Sage Master Builder includes Estimating, Scheduling, Job Costing, and Accounting.

Sage Timberline Office is a modular integrated system that can be tailored to your existing processes. Timberline Office is more than just job cost accounting. Project Managers can easily track all communication on a job from the time of bid through completion. Timberline Office offers complete document imaging to create a paperless construction office. Timberline Office is the most widely used software today for General Contractors doing $10 to $50 Million in revenue annually.

The Software Professional Center utilizes other Master Builder approved resources whenever appropriate to implement software, write custom reports, or assist in training. All Sage Timberline and Master Builder resources have passed rigorous tests and performed specialized training so that they can provide the consistent level of service that Sage mandates.
